Owner representation
We act for you, not the yard, not the marina, not the contractor. One point of accountability for every decision made about your yacht, with your interests as the only brief.
Technical management
Scheduled maintenance, engineering supervision, refit management and survey preparation, run by people who know what the Gulf climate does to a hull, an engine room and an interior.
Insurance assistance
The right cover at the right value, renewals handled before they lapse, and claims managed by someone who speaks both languages: yours and the insurer's.
Crew administration
Recruitment, contracts, payroll and compliance for the people who run your yacht, so the boat is always crewed and always correct.

From first look to a boat that is ready
We see the boat
We look over the yacht, her systems, her paperwork and how you use her, on the pontoon at the marina.
We agree the programme
The programme is scoped around the boat, and a fixed monthly structure is agreed in writing before we start.
We run the season
Weekly checks, servicing on engine hours and yard time, all logged and handled by one team.
You call, she is ready
Fueled, cooled and ready when you want her. If she suits charter, she can earn her keep when you are not aboard.
