JJ Marine is the official and exclusive Jeanneau dealer in the United Arab Emirates, across the full power and sailing range. The business covers the whole life of a boat: choosing and commissioning her, running and maintaining her, chartering her when she would otherwise sit idle, and selling her well when the time comes to move up.
Buyers deal with the people who make the decisions. Every yacht we recommend has been inspected by us, every sea trial is private, and one accountable team carries the relationship from first viewing through every season after.

Jyrki Jaamaa's yachting career began in 1985 on the factory floor. As an engineering student apprentice at Sea Ray's Merritt Island plant in Florida, he worked through every department: lamination, engine assembly, electrical and sea trials. He finished in product development, helping the test pilot run prototype sea trials. Few people who sell yachts have helped build one, and that hands-on start still shapes how he judges a boat.
Back in Finland, with a degree in mechanical engineering, thermodynamics and shipbuilding, he joined Sea Boat Oy, the Sea Ray importer that sold more than a thousand new boats across Finland, Russia and the Baltics. He then co-founded SR Finland within the Wihuri Group, which became Finland's leading boat importer, and sat on the board of the parent company. He later added an MBA.
His career then took him around the world. He ran Sea Ray Yacht Centre Europe in Cannes, then led Simpson Marine's sales across Southeast Asia from Singapore, representing Azimut-Benetti, Riva and Beneteau. In 2006 he settled in Dubai, where he managed Western Marine and then founded Fancy Yachts, importing Prestige, Jeanneau and Fountaine Pajot. In 2019 he founded JJ Marine, today the official and exclusive Jeanneau importer in the UAE, as well as a specialist in superyacht new-build sales, project management and brokerage.
Over four decades, three continents and five languages, his approach has stayed the same: know the boat inside out, and look after the client long after the sale.
Away from the marina, Jyrki has finished the Dubai Marathon twice and completed a 70.3 Ironman. He rides more than 12,000 km a year and is among the top cyclists in his age group in Dubai.
