Jyrki Jaamaa Ships & Boats Trading LLC("JJ Marine", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide, plus the page you enquired from.
We keep our own basic record of how the site is used: which pages and boat models are viewed, and whether a visitor taps WhatsApp, the phone number or a brochure download. We do not store your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string, and we do not track you across other websites or run advertising cookies. What is recorded is the page address, your language, a two-letter country code, and a random identifier that lives only in the current browser tab and disappears when you close it. These records are anonymous, are never sold or shared, and are deleted after 18 months.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the sales, charter or management services you ask about. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Enquiries are stored securely with our infrastructure providers and retained only as long as needed to serve you, then deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing jaamaa@jjmarine.ae.
